Adrian Mussett (1:09:46) outpaced more than 2,300 runners to win the 31st annual City of Norwich Half Marathon in England.
The top three perennial placer came in more than 30 seconds slower than his fourth-place finish a year ago.
Has now won the event five times (1998, 1999, 2007, 2011 and 2015).
Due to an equipment failure right before the race, some times did not get recorded.
In a tight race for runner-up, Piers Arnold (1:10:14) managed to hold off Matthew Bidwell (1:10:39).
Arnold finished sixth in 2014.
Bidwell finished fifth.
Both have multiple top 10 finishes over the last six years.

For the women, it was Helen Davies (1:19:17) taking the top spot.
Last year’s winner Sarah Stradling secured second with a time of 1:21:59.
Stradling won the event in 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011 as well.
She finished second in 2012.
Charlotte Rose (1:23:31) rounded out the top three.
She also took third in 2013.
